With the unprecedented participation of more than 30 vendors and approximately 1,400 channels, the Hotel Westin Camino Real from Guatemala City hosted, on June 1, the 18th edition of Intcomexpo from that Central American country.
In order to ensure the best bargains, the latest trends, different products and solutions in the technology sector were presented. About 60 different workshops and training of the participating brands were also provided with valuable information about products and sales platforms.

With the display of more than 1,000 products in 35 stands, visitors could enjoy the great offers of goods and services in the accessories, electronic security, components, computers, software, networks, electronics, mobile, and gaming divisions, a full portfolio of the top brands in one place.
In this version of the fair, for the first time, there was the presence of the manufacturer Motorola with a new line of smartphones. Provision, specialist in CCTV and security cameras was part of the pool of new brands in this fair of Intcomex Guatemala, through which attendees could learn more about their products performance.
Seagate, American manufacturer of hard drives, and Otterbox, a specialist in accessories for mobile devices, also entered this event in the Central American country, expanding product offerings in their respective divisions.
As another novelty, the security unit had the presence of ZKTeco, specialized brand in biometric access control technology solutions and reaching Intcomex to further consolidate the division in the Latin American and Caribbean market.
At the closing of the event a party animated by Andrea Arias and the famous comic “Chicote” was performed. Also, more than 30 prizes were given by Otterbox, JBL, Huawei, Motorola, Forza, Xtech, Nexxt, Linksys and other brands. The grand prize went to Mr. Willy Anzueto from Compumarket, who won a trip for 2 people to Roatan, Honduras.
This edition of the Intcomexpo was characterized by increasing the relationship and knowledge of customers thanks to the large number of training and business conducted.
